Aircall Silver Partner

Aircall + monday.com, implemented for property management and real estate

We maintain the industry's phone systems research guide, and Aircall holds its top score for operations-driven property teams.

We implement it wired into monday.com, so every call lands in your workspace as a record your team can act on. Property management, brokerages, and real estate, from 3 seats to multi-office.

Book a scoping call

Free, 25 minutes. If Aircall isn't the right fit for your size, we'll tell you that too.

Aircall and monday.com syncing: calls, texts, and summaries flow into monday.com; contacts and boards flow back to Aircall

Implementation Packages

Fixed scope, fixed price, built around how PM phone trees actually work: leasing, maintenance, after-hours, and owners.

Not sure which one? Answer one question: how many different places does a call need to go? One person is Quickstart. One team is Basics. Different departments is Advanced. Different offices is Enterprise.

Quickstart

$499one-time

This is you if: you have one number and up to five people, and you just want calls showing up in monday.com.

  • App install and authorization, both sides
  • Number connection and sync settings
  • Calls and texts logging to your boards
  • Live handoff session with your team
Book a scoping call

The limits

  • Requires an Aircall account and a monday.com account already in place

Not included

  • Number porting
  • Routing or phone-tree design, escalation logic
  • Tag automations and Smartflows
  • AI agents and custom API work
  • Multi-office setup, historical data migration

If you turn out to be bigger

Your $499 credits toward the package you actually need, so nobody pays twice. We tell you that on the scoping call, before you spend anything. The credit applies to a LaunchEngine package on the same engagement; it is not refundable as cash.

Setup typically completes within one business day of access being granted. If numbers are porting, carrier timelines apply.

Implementation packages cover the phone platform itself. The three AI agents below are priced separately, per agent. Custom API work (calls into monday.com or your PMS as work orders and guest cards) is scoped separately, and it's the work we're best known for.

Three AI agents you can put on your phones

Pick the job you want handled. We build and configure the agent on Aircall's AI Voice Agent, wired into your monday.com workspace, and train your team to run it.

$2,999 per agent. Start with one; most teams do.

AI Receptionist

$2,999per agent

Every call answered in your company's voice, routed to the right person, with a message taken when nobody is free. The end of the voicemail box nobody checks.

What we build

  • Agent persona, greeting, and tone built to match how your office already answers
  • Routing by department, with a clean handoff to a human whenever the caller asks
  • Messages captured into monday.com as records, not a voicemail inbox
  • Your team trained to monitor, review, and adjust it

What we need from you: Your call flows and who should receive what. About an hour of your time.

What it will not do: It will not make outbound sales calls, and it will not decide anything only a person should decide. Those calls go to your team.

AI Maintenance Coordinator

$2,999per agent

Maintenance calls answered around the clock, with the right questions asked, simple fixes walked through, and the work order already in monday.com with priority set.

What we build

  • Intake questions built from a real coordinator's script, not a generic phone menu
  • Troubleshooting paths for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and lockouts
  • Emergency triage, so a no-heat call is handled differently from a dripping tap
  • Work orders created in monday.com with category, priority, and access notes

What we need from you: Your maintenance board, your definition of an emergency, and your after-hours escalation number.

What it will not do: It will not dispatch vendors or promise an arrival time. It gathers, triages, and escalates.

Book a scoping call

AI Leasing Assistant

$2,999per agent

Listing inquiries answered the minute they arrive, prospects qualified against your published criteria, and showings booked without anyone chasing a callback.

What we build

  • Answers to what every prospect asks: rent, deposit, pets, parking, availability
  • Qualifying questions drawn from your own published screening criteria
  • Showings booked into your calendar or showing tool
  • Prospect details captured in monday.com as a lead record

What we need from you: Your current availability, your screening criteria, and how showings get booked today.

What it will not do: It will not approve anyone or quote terms you have not published, and it will not characterize neighborhoods or residents, which is how leasing calls create fair housing exposure.

Book a scoping call

Each agent is a build, not a switch we flip: we design the conversation, connect the knowledge it needs, set the escalation paths to your people, and hand it over with your team trained to monitor it. Unusual call patterns or deep custom integrations scope higher, and we say so on the call. How well any agent performs depends on the call types it meets and the knowledge and escalation rules you give us, which is why we scope each one on a call rather than promising a result here. Aircall bills AI minutes and messaging usage directly, separate from what we charge.

On the leasing agent: we configure it to decline the questions that create fair housing exposure, but configuration is not legal advice and compliance remains yours. Review any agent's scripts and call recordings with your own counsel before it answers for you.

AI Assist Pro

Not a fourth agent. This is AI that helps your people during live calls, instead of answering for them.

Foundations

$1,500
  • 1 custom playbook + 1 scorecard
  • 5 live prompts
  • 3 CRM automations
  • Agent training

Premium

$3,000
  • 5 custom playbooks + 2 scorecards
  • 8 live prompts
  • 5 CRM automations
  • Internal enablement page, agent and manager training

Complete

$5,000
  • 10 custom playbooks + 5 scorecards
  • 10 live prompts, 8 CRM automations
  • 1-month post-implementation refresh
  • Full training and documentation package

Running your operation on monday.com?

This is the build we're best known for. At 10-50 seats, phones stop being a phone question and become a data question: hundreds of calls a week that either write themselves into your workspace or quietly go missing. We wire Aircall so every call lands on the right board: click-to-dial from any item, inbound screen-pops with context, calls logged to items automatically, tag-driven automations that move work orders, and transcripts, summaries, and sentiment on the record via custom API work.

A 3-person team can self-serve the native integration, and our free Aircall + monday.com setup guide walks through it (there's a troubleshooting guide too). Past that size, routing design, automations, and the API layer are the project, and that's what the packages above cover.

How an implementation runs

Basics lands in 2-3 weeks; Advanced and Enterprise in 4-6, driven mostly by porting timelines.

01

Kickoff

Requirements, porting plan, A2P 10DLC registration needs, and network check.

02

Functional discovery

We map your actual phone tree: leasing, maintenance, after-hours, and where every call should land in your systems.

03

Configuration

Numbers, teams, routing, integrations, tags, and automations built and reviewed with you.

04

Training & go-live

Agents, managers, and admins trained; porting completes; we watch the first days closely.

05

Adoption & hypercare

Analytics review, routing adjustments from real call data, and AI layers added once the foundation is solid.

Why implement with LaunchEngine

Property teams are all we do

We serve 40+ property management companies running 30,000+ doors, plus the brokerages and real estate teams around them. Your phone tree gets built by people who know what a maintenance emergency line needs at 2am.

We wrote the research

Our phone systems guide verified every vendor's pricing and capabilities from primary sources, with a weekly automated watch. We implement what we can defend in public.

Calls become records

The reason Aircall wins for ops-driven PMCs is its event stream. We're the team that wires transcripts, sentiment, and summaries into your monday.com workspace as work orders and owner notes.

Referring a customer? Here's our lane.

For Aircall account teams: what we take, and what you get back.

Good fit

Property management companies, brokerages, and real estate operations in the US, any size. monday.com in the stack is our sweet spot; Rentvine, Buildium, and AppFolio shops are home turf too.

What we handle

Everything after the sale: onboarding, number porting, IVR and routing design, the monday.com integration, AI agent configuration, and training. Fixed-scope packages, from a $499 Quickstart (up to 5 users, 1 number) to multi-office builds. If your customer is bigger than Quickstart, the $499 credits toward the right package, so a referral never dead-ends.

What you keep

The customer relationship and the paper. Seats and usage stay on Aircall billing; we invoice implementation separately, and your customer gets a working phone tree instead of a stalled rollout.

Fastest path: send your customer the scoping-call link, or join the call yourself. Scope lands within one business day.

The fine print: Quickstart covers up to 5 users and 1 phone number and requires an existing Aircall account and monday.com account; if scoping shows a larger build is needed, the $499 is credited toward that package. Package prices cover the scope listed; every engagement is confirmed in a written proposal governed by our Terms of Service. Timelines are typical and depend on carrier porting windows and integration complexity. Aircall subscription seats and usage charges (AI minutes, messaging) are billed by Aircall directly and are not included in implementation pricing. LaunchEngine is an Aircall partner and may earn referral commissions; the rankings in our research guide are set independently of that relationship. Aircall is a trademark of Aircall SAS; LaunchEngine is not Aircall.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? We've got answers.

No. Aircall implementation is a standalone service. If you do run your operations on monday.com, we can wire call data directly into your workspace, which is where Aircall's real advantage shows up: calls becoming work orders, guest cards, and owner notes automatically.
Answer one question: how many different places does a call need to go? If a call only needs to reach one person and you have five people or fewer on one number, that is Quickstart at $499. If everyone is on their cell phone and you want one company number people are actually assigned to answer, that is Basics. If leasing calls and maintenance calls need to reach different people and somebody has to cover after hours, that is Advanced. If you have more than one office, that is Enterprise. If you are not sure, book the scoping call. Sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need us.
Then your $499 credits toward the package you actually need, so you never pay twice for the same work. We tell you on the scoping call, before you spend anything. Quickstart covers up to 5 users and 1 number, with an Aircall account and a monday.com account already in place; it does not include porting, routing design, automations, AI agents, or custom API work. If your situation needs any of that, we say so up front rather than starting a job that cannot finish.
Yes, that's exactly the operation we build for. Aircall's setup wizard serves the 2-3 person team well; at 10-50 seats you need department routing, escalation logic, tag-driven automations, and call data flowing into your monday.com boards, and none of that is self-serve. Advanced covers the core build, Enterprise adds multi-office routing and executive dashboards, and the custom API layer (transcripts, summaries, and sentiment on your items) is scoped on the call.
No, each agent is priced separately at $2,999, because each one is a real build: conversation design, the knowledge it needs, escalation paths to your people, and training. There are three to choose from: an AI Receptionist that answers and routes every call, an AI Maintenance Coordinator that takes maintenance calls around the clock and creates the work order in monday.com, and an AI Leasing Assistant that answers listing inquiries and books showings. Most teams stand up the phone platform first and add one agent in the following weeks. AI Assist Pro is separate again, and it is not an agent: it helps your people during live calls rather than answering for them.
Porting is the riskiest step of any phone migration, which is why it's part of every package from kickoff. We plan the port dates, keep your existing lines live until cutover, and the go-live step includes hypercare specifically to catch anything porting breaks.
They're deliberately separate. The guide's rankings are set independently, were published before this service existed, and don't change for commercial reasons. We ranked Aircall highest for operations-driven PMCs because of what its platform verifiably does; this service exists because readers kept asking us to implement what the guide recommends. We're an Aircall partner and may earn commissions, which is disclosed in the guide as well.
Basics typically lands in 2-3 weeks. Advanced and Enterprise run 4-6 weeks depending on porting timelines and how many integrations and flows we're building. AI add-ons run 2-4 weeks each after the foundation is live.
