Mission Control by LaunchEngine

The workspace that keeps the doors.

Your shared inbox, your boards and your workflows, on your own Buildium, AppFolio or Rentvine data, under your own brand. The agents do the reading. Your team makes the call.

Home

Open it and see what's yours to do.

Every board feeds one list: what's assigned to you, what's overdue, and what the agents are waiting on you to decide. One question per card, with the facts already gathered.

Shared inbox

Your team's email, attached to the lease.

Info@, leasing@ and maintenance@ in one inbox, mirrored with Outlook. Replies go out from your own mailbox. Each thread shows who the person is (owner, tenant, vendor) and which property they belong to. Notes, assignments, snooze and rules that file ShowMojo and receipts on their own.

Guided workflows

Every renewal walks the same six steps.

Terms, owner, tenant, sign, congrats, done. The card shows the step you're on, the email that went out, the owner's reply, and the three buttons that move it forward. When the owner clicks Yes in their email, the tenant offer goes out by itself.

Boards

Boards built on your PMS data.

Leases, units, owners and every workflow board fill from your property management software, nightly and on every webhook. Your team adds its own columns next to the PMS ones. Renewals, move-ins, move-outs, turnovers, inspections, owner leads and onboarding come ready to use.

Agents that ask first

Agents gather the facts. A person says yes.

The renewals coordinator reads every renewal each morning, scores the year, drafts the owner email and puts one question in front of the person assigned. Nothing is sent and nothing changes in your software until someone says yes.

What we don't do.

We don't replace your PMS.

It stays the system of record. We keep it in sync and write back only after a person says yes.

We don't build for the AI. We build for your team.

Human-first, AI-enhanced. Every screen is designed around the person doing the work, and agents help at every step: gathering the facts, drafting the email, flagging what's next. Your team makes the call.

We don't make you invent the process.

We know how renewals, move-ins and owner onboarding run best, because we build them for management companies every day. We set that side by side with how your team works now, keep what's better about yours, and build the version that fits you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question? We've got answers.

No. Your PMS stays the system of record. Mission Control reads from it and, where the software allows, writes back the lease, the renewal, the move-out or the new owner after a person approves it.
No. An agent gathers the facts and drafts the email, then asks the person assigned. Nothing is sent and nothing changes in your PMS until someone says yes.
Yes. Someone who already has the shared mailbox in Outlook clicks Connect, signs in, and the inbox fills. Replies go out from your own mailbox, so there are no DNS changes on your side.
Yes. If your team runs on monday, the monday Integrated Workspace connects it to your PMS the same way. Mission Control is for companies that want the workspace, inbox and workflows in one place from us.
